1. How long will it take?

  We will give you an estimate of how long your renovation works are expected to take. We can't always guarantee as unexpected issues do sometimes arise. However we will inform you every step of the way if we are delayed or any issues occur.

2. Can I live there whilst the work is being carried out?

        It is always possible to live in the property whilst the works are being carried out. However please be prepared there will be dust and it won't be an ideal situation for the time we are there.. but it will be worth it in the end!

3. What tradesmen do I need for my kitchen renovation?

          There are a lot more tradesmen and works involved in the kitchen renovation than you may think.

           - Removal of kitchen - involves cutting off the water and electric supplies to appliances - plumber and electricians required as well as builder

     - Building works - if you are moving walls, bricklayers and builders will remove wall and erect new steel. You will also need the structural engineer to provide the correct load calculations

- Builder & Plasterer for boarding and plastering the new layout

- Electricians and Plumbers for 1st and 2nd fix of appliances

- Joiner to install new kitchen and worktops

- If quartz/granite worktop - a specialise installer is required. Usually these are supplied by the big kitchen companies

- Joiner for new flooring

- Tiler for splashback and any other tilework

- External door fitters for any bifolds/sliding or french doors

- Decorators

This may seem like a lot - but don't fear - we have all these on hand to make your renovation as easy and breezy as possible!

4. How do we know what is included in the works?

         We provide a written quotation with an explanation of all works to be carried out.

         We also provide a contract containing all these works so you can have piece of mind that we will complete the job and provide excellent         

         quality service

5. Do you clean up afterwards?

     We aim to keep your home as clean as possible throughout the process. We clean up in the evening before we leave when possible and where required. Dust does travel though and it may take a few intense cleans after we have left for your home to be as it was before the works.

6. What if I don't know what type of bedroom fitted wardrobes or kitchen design I want?

Kate is on hand to help in this department! She has a design and interiors background so can help with all your concerns in this area.
